When I do my hair like tht, I crunch it up with my hands when it's damp.
Then spray it with hair spray then crunch it up again.
It's fast and easy(:

Uhm I have thick wavy hair, but if I want something like that I braid my hair while is damp after I have washed and leave it over night, and next day I brush it through with my fingers... That does the trick for me...

Try Marc Anthony Curl Boosting spray. Spray it in your hair and scrunch or use a diffuser attachment on your blow dryer.

Or twist random sections of hair around your finger as you blow dry your hair.
