How do you use cream blush?

Make sure you blend it up into your hairline! That can happen if you only put it on the apples of your cheeks.

Build it up gradually, I apply it with my fingers and kind of dab it on. I do my powder afterwards too because it doesn't make sense to me to put a cream over my powder, so the powder helps to tone it down too :)
