So I'm dying my hair platinum blonde soon and I want a new way of doing makeup :) my makeup always looks the same :/

I like the black hair too and do a winged eyeliner and put Polack eyeliner on your water line.

I think you could go a bit darker on the outer corners of the lower lash line and smoke it out. It'd make your big eyes look even bigger x
