I've used African Black soap with a loofah. Saw a huge difference within a month and plus I stopped using a razor and wax instead.

@Rachael S. the first couple of times it did but I've become use to it now. I also do it myself since I've had zero success finding a decent waxer...plus I like the fact that I'm creating my own sterile environment as opposed to wondering if the waxer double dips.

@Ibette G. I pick mine up from Whole Foods... a health food store. Vitamin Shoppe also carries it as well.
