I have a pencil concealer from urban decay which works really well and is about 20 bucks. Make up forever also has good concealer for under eyes. Drug store wise, hard candy has nice concealer but you'll need to set it with powder and gosh has really nice concealers too! You'll probably want something that's a bit more of a pink or peach tone too to help cancel out the blue and purple tones of your under eye. Hope this helps!

I use this duo everyday because I have pretty dark under eye circles so I use the yellow base concealer first in a triangle shape under my eyes then top it with the HD concealer. Both concealers are from the brand "NYX" and they are very affordable so worth every penny.
