I'm having trouble deciding how to do my make up for prom tomorrow. I'm not sure if I really want something as bold as red lipstick but I do want my eyes to pop. Ideas?

I personally wouldn't do a red lip, it will wash out the colour of your dress. Is your dress white or a light yellow? I can't really tell because it's kind of blurry. But I would personally do a smokey eye with some black, grey, and bronze. Maybe like this picture.

A gold/bronze smoky eye, some dark brown eyeliner as a cat eye, contour and highlight your face, and maybe try a nude lipstick with pink and red hints. This is what I think your eyes should look like
