Bb cream is a blemish balm. Basically sheer foundation and Skincare put into one. Has sunblock, anti aging properties, anti acne (some), whitening, brightening. It can be used as a base or foundation. Depending on skin, some people can love it, some hate it. Some feel like its too heavy with little coverage or vice versa. Foundation is just plain old makeup. Just to cover up unevenness and problem areas. Has no beneficial properties but some include spf. Depends on what coverage you like, how you like to feel, etc. some bb creams sometimes aren't that beneficial as they can sometimes break people out as well. Do your research and find what suit your needs. I prefer foundation with a sheer coverage just to even out my skin tone, and at the end of the day I have my skin care routine and that's enough for me. I don't care all that much for bb cream as I feel like its just over hyped and not that noticeable with its beneficial properties.

You know this brand called the colour institute, it has some foundations that are really liquid and they are natural and healthy for your skin so they smell like hell. But they re really good.
