If that's from sephora they have an excellent return policy. I'm sure if they have a store near you they might exchange it there. Look into it!

Oh yeah they do have a wicked return policy! Hopefully if its from there, that there is one handy for you. But yes, I just tried the rubbing alcohol thing on bronzer blush that had shattered a couple months ago and it worked very well. The only thing I was sad about is that the bronzer blush prior to being shattered was 4 quarters of separate colors (jane iredale's moonglow) and I would use certain ones alone as eyeshadows. After mixing them altogether with the rubbing alcohol its all mixed in evenly into one color but just to be used as a bronzer now. But still great to use! You can use any percentage of isopropyl alcohol. The higher in percentage will evaporate (dry) quicker. just add slowly and what I did to make it look as even as possible is to tap the bottom of the contained on a counter a few times to level it out. it looks as though your shadows are removable, so that could be done!

If you ordered it online and it arrived at your house like that send it back and demand a refund/new product!

Did you order it online and that's how it arrived? If so I would contact someone either at the post office or where you bought it from and complain. It should not have been broken in transit, to me that is unacceptable. If you ordered it from Sephora I'm sure they will exchange or return it. But seeing as it's a limited edition palette I would go to an actual store and see if they can exchange it there for you so you don't miss out. I did that once at Sephora with something I'd ordered online and they exchanged it for me in store with no problem. I would also inquire with the post office and let them know that something you ordered arrived damaged. There's no proof that it was their fault but I would still let them know so hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Send it back and get a new one! That palette is not cheap I once received a palette a week late my fiancé called and raised hell and I ended up getting half of my money back lol definetly call either UD or sephora whichever you got it from that's completely unnacceptable!
