So Tuesday I went and had red peekaboos done and that night noticed a few spots where the red didn't take so I'm going to see her in like 30 minutes so she can go back over it and my question is do I leave her a tip? She isn't charging to fix them but she is taking time out of her day.

Thanks ladies, I thought so too but seeing as how I've never had to come back in to have anything fixed I wasn't sure.
@rebecca I don't know what the exchange rate is either but I figured $10 would be good

Always tip your hairdresser! My sister is a hairdresser she often complains how badly people tip her for the amount of work she's doing! But the hair dresser is doing work no matter what they appreciate it trust me!

Umm, no. You are also taking time out of your day so she can fix something she did wrong.

Why should she tip her? If I'm reading this correctly it sounds to me like the customer is being inconvenienced by having to go back and then pay an extra amount of cash that shouldn't have been paid in the first place? Pff, not on my watch. Ain't nobody got time for that.

As a hairdresser if I have to do a re-do I don't expect a tip, but I appreciate it!

Agree with Jennifer. First time around fine, getting something fixed no.

I understand what y'all are saying but I don't feel as though she messed up, my hair is stubborn and sometimes it doesn't take color well so it wasn't her fault.

Hm, ok so then it's your hairs fault. Tip her for having her do extra work because your hair wanted to be stubborn and it's an inconvenience to her.
Sheesh.

I really don't think a tip is appropriate.it like saying "do it worng and you get rewarded".tipping is only done in restaurants in this country.you get a wage and thats it.
