Should my friend get a pixie cut? She wants to but I REALLY don't want her to. She mainly wants one because Anne Hathaway has one.

I like her hair now.. I've always wanted short hair, so I'd say go for it! go for a rough style with a fringe. if she doesn't like it she can grow it out :)
