I'm trying to grow my hair out so I'm trying to wash my hair every other day and also trying to not use heat. But there's one problem: I love how my hair looks when it's curled!! Would it damage my hair too much if I curled my hair once a week??

Nope. Just use a heat protectant spray.

Try not to use ponytails, massage your hair in the shower and try for some heartless curls.

I curl my hair everyday and I was my hair every night (I have quite oily hair) I use suave's keratin leave in conditioner heat protectant and garnier fructis hair oil and once to twice a week I put coconut oil in my hair and let it sit for an hour and wash it out after. Coconut oil is really good for your hair and it strengthens it and gives your hair life back. Just remember to get a trim every once in a while to get rid of split ends and your hair will be healthy and growing in no time :) oh and also I leave my conditioner in my hair for at least a half hour/twenty minutes and let my hair dry 70% before blow drying it and I only use a scrunchy (however you spell it) when I go to bed! Hope this helps :)
