Try a scrub made from sugar and olive oil. You can make this by using about 3 tbps of sugar and one of oil. Work it into your hands for a few mins rinse and apply a hand cream. I do this once a week and it makes my hands really smooth and soft.

If your in the UK use clarins hand and nail cream (the queen uses it & it has given it a royal approval stamp or something) haha!

Cocoa butter. Any brand will do. It evens skin tone, smothes texture, moisturizes like a dream, and smells awesome. My favorite and regular go-to. (;
