Accutane is seriously a miracle. It's the only thing that's ever helped. I had really bad acne and after 5 months, I was completely clear and have been since which was about 3 years ago! I highly recommend it.

For blackheads use liquid glue. It takes me right off. Wait for it to dry then peal it off.

I agree that a derm is in order here. Some acne stems from within the body and antibiotics are needed.

You mentioned that you scrub your face everyday, maybe try cutting back to every other day or every two days. You may be drying out your skin by doing this and causing it to create more oils to compensate for lack of hydration
