What's the best eye make up technique if wearing eye glasses. need advice.

You shouldn't wear too much eye makeup if you're wearing glasses, because your eyes are already framed (especially if you're wearing glasses with a thick, bold frame. Perhaps try black eyeliner on your lid and some black eyeliner just to make your eyes pop behind your glasses. You could wear natural shades of eyeshadow too.
