So my hair is a little longer than my shoulders and it is really thick.. I was wondering if you have any tips for growing it out. I really want to be able to put it up in side braids and fun hairstyles but it's not long enough. I only use heat on my hair about once a week and I don't wash it everyday...
so if you have any tips for growing hair please comment! thanks

Use Mane&Tail shampoo and conditioner. I was told about it years ago, that it helps your hair grow faster and it's always worked for me! Last year my hair was just below my chin and now it's nearly halfway down my back!!

I used Mira oil and it worked for me. I have a hard time growing my hair much past my shoulders and that definitely helped. It is costly but effective.

Biotin is good too but be careful because it causes some people to break out.

Do use vitamins, it helps your hair to grow healthier. Make sure to use hair masks 1 or 2 times of the week... I use Coconut oil and I must say that I'm noticing a huge difference in strength and shine. Be careful when brushing your hair and don't brush it when wet if possible.. take your time and start at the ends with a wide toothed comb. These tips will help you grow your hair healthier. good luck?

Treat your hair right, no ripping through tangles or leaving split ends for months. Get regular trims to keep your ends fresh. Eat lots of protein and use avocado hair masks because those are really good for your hair. Maybe get argan oil, the one from the pro naturals brand is awesome to grow your hair strong and healthy. They have shampoo and conditioner too. You can get them online. Take biotin pills or vitamin E or vitamin B12, those help hair grow. But being healthy overall is the most important factor for fast hair growth.
