Make sure you're using the correct shampoo and condition (sulfate free) don't wash your hair daily - and don't use heat! Lastly, moisturize!! Invest in a good serum or use coconut oil as many of us ladies already know. But the quickest fix to this would be to invest in a good set of clip on extensions. Our confidence is immediately important isn't it? I sell extensions so if you need some I'd love to help ya. Xo.

You have to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water do that hair can grow... there are also shampoos and conditioners that help your hair to grow. Also products with no many chemicals can help for example olive oil.aloe Vera etc.

I'd advise you to begin to take hair and nail vitamins to help your hair start back its growing process. Also make sure that your not adding too much product to your hair, it will clog your pores;another reason for slow/no growth.

Try to rub garlic on your scalp and then put olive oil all over your hair and let it sit for about 2 hours, when you continue to do that you will notice how your hair will grow and become more healthy

My brother had Alopecia areata when he was a kid where he got bold spot on some part of his head and my mother used to rub garlic on the bold spot and the hair grows back

If you haven't gotten it trimmed, that would do it. When the ends die, it slows your hair growth down. Get a little trim to keep your hair healthy :)

Trims don't help hair growth, that is nonsense. They only help your hair to not break. overall nutrition is important, but every human has a ultimate hair length, beyond which the hair won't grow anymore.

Try using avocado and banana hair masks, that made my hair grow. I also use a product called pro naturals moroccan argan oil after each shower and it helps a lot. Its online. Eat protein since hair is made from it, massage your scalp every night and drink enough water a day. You can take vitamin E supplements for healthy skin, hair and nails. Some people take Biotin and that seems to help. You’ll get much softer and shinier hair with all of that.
