I like the NYX HD primer or UD Primer Potion. elf's is not bad at all, I'd say it's almost as good as Primer Potion and it's only $1!

MAC Paint Pot or Lorac's Primer. I do like UD's Eden and am about to try Milani's which is supposed to be excellent. But the first 2 are my go-tos.
