The concealer I use is a bourjois one, I don't know whether it is meant to set on my under eye area as dry but after a while it feels and looks like I'm not wearing any (in a bad way) and I use a primer before hand, it usually doesn't flake off in little tiny balls but just today I noticed it had today, my skin isn't dry at all so that isn't a reason why, I have keratotis pliasoris which is also known as 'chicken skin' it can appear anywhere and is quite common, I unfortunately have it under my eyes in a straightening from side of the highest point of the nose bone in a straight line down around my eye, they are like little bumps, noticeable when close up, any tips for a good coverage but natural looking concealer what could cover these but also doesn't crease and flake off?(:

Well I'm not really sure what is causing the concealer to flake off, it could be out of date but I don't know. My fave concealers are MAC and StarLooks. If its the just the product that is drying up then you could use a makeup setting spray all over the face (or buff a small amount with a brush on your eyes as-well) also use an eye cream at morning/night just to make sure your eyes arent dry and to prevent wrinkles! x

All concealers are going to crease it's a given. I know you said you don't have dry skin but I still recommend using an under eye night cream it will give your concealer a smoother surface with less lines to settle in. But the best concealer even above high end for under eyes is the elf maximum coverage concealer. It's only $3 at target or online at eyeslipsface.com. Try it.
