Love the hair. For the eye makeup I would just try to get those lashes in the outer corner to point upwards more, maybe by curling them, or do winged eyeliner to take away from them pointing downwards because it drags your eye down a little bit and your eyes are gorgeous and big so you could really make them look lovely and bright by doing that. Looks nice other than that though :) x
