I am not allowed to wear concealer, foundation or bronzer when all my friends do and when we get ready for things like parties, or after sleepovers I feel kinda left out! If this has happened to you, please post how old you were! Give me advice on how to get my mum to let me wear it or let me know I'd there are better alternatives xx thanks.

Just cry and have a mental breakdown In front of her. Then she'll most likely feel bad and let you wear it.

None of my friends use face makeup and same with me. You don't need it to fit in, it's not good for your skin. I mean, there's nothing wrong with putting it on, but their pores need to breath. They're going to breakout easier than you are. Don't worry about it, it shouldn't be a problem hun :)

I had the same problem but I just spoke to my parents and told them how I felt left out. Start by wearing very little too.

You don't need makeup to fit in, be individual, it will benefit your skin in the long run, my mum has never once worn face makeup except for a few exceptions on a night out on holiday with friends which isn't often and her skin is beautiful(:

The goal of makeup isn't for people to know you're wearing makeup, the goal is to perfect your skin. You really don't need to wear any, because it simply worsens your skin. I was half way through 8th grade when I started wearing powder. Then the summer going into freshman year I started using liquid foundation and concealer I didn't wear blush until half way through freshman year, and I only use bronzer on special occasions due to my fair complexion. Blush and bronzer are made for highlighting and contouring your face. Blush is to brighten and bronzer adds dimension, Ask your mom if you can use a bb cream and explain that it is very light coverage foundation or ask if you can use a tinted moisturizer. If it's dark circles that are bothering you, I recommend asking if you can use only a concealer with a powder to set the concealer. Hope this helped!
