Linny make sure you use a heavy moisturizer at night and during the day use a lighter one. thats not to heavy. ole henricksen sold at sephora has good night and day ones. also sometimes your facial wash can be giving you the dryness.

I started using anti aging products at 23. It is never to early. I put on a thin layer of retin a in all potential problem areas. I've definitely heard several times that I look younger than 31.

Can someone kindly advise what's wrong with dairy products?
Apr 26, 2013
F F.
There's nothing wrong with dairy products.. Some people are intolerant an it shows up on their skin and some people believe that consuming too much dairy products is bad for your health.. It's all according to each persons body what they can take in or not.. I did my own research about vegetarian food an how dairy affects us and I was ready to stop it myself lol but I can not go with out dairy I do love it..

I use natural vegeterian products mainly for my skin care routine to help keep my face clear of acne mainly stuff with willow bark and vitamin c but the things you eat and a healthy lifestyle definitely can make or break your skin and face so definitely take good care of your body and it will take care of you - put good in to get good out and drink plenty of water studies show just drinking your 8 glasses a day will keep skin hydrated looking radiant and younger but every body is different and has different needs most people with oily skin tend to keep a youthful face compared to people with dry skin so just remember that your genes do play a role in how you age etc.but eating healthy with an active lifestyle works wonders as well - stay healthy and in turn you will stay beautiful :)

Wow this thread is so amazing! I haven't even had time to read it all yet but I absolutely will and take notes! Lol.. I'm only 25 but it seems like I've aged 15 years in the last 3.. Before I got pregnant at 22 people used to mistake me as 16 but in the years since my daughter was born I've had people guess I was maybe 31! People used to ask if my 6 year younger sister and I were twins then suddenly people were asking if I was her mother.. I mean its really depressing. Honestly though I really do think its mainly about genes and lifestyle than slathering any given product over your skin. I used to take much better care of myself than I do and what's probably almost as horrible as it is inevitable is that I've been much more stressed out than I used to be in general. I think if I'm really trying to be concerned about aging then what I need most is an entire change in lifestyle if I wanna see the best results which I'm very willing to do at this point. Thats just my two cents. AnYway I just wanna say thanks to all you ladies for contributing to this thread because yall look age defying and all of us truly be wondering how you do it!
