I have dry ends , how can I stop my hair from getting split ends , is there any products to help?

Typically, I don't use any products to help split ends, but I know there are shampoo and conditioner out there that do help. When my split ends get bad I take a break from any heat. (straighteners, curlers, etc.) I'd do that for about a week and if you don't see results, then buy products. ^.^

I use heat protectant to prevent split ends when using those products. I use Pantene Night Repair (or something along those lines). It really helps!

I also use Pantene, but it's called Pantene Pro-V Instant Nourishing Spray. I just use it when my hair is looking particularly damaged.

Try doing a weekly coconut oil hair mask. It's cheap and may last longer than other products. I know there are lots of products out there as fore mentioned above!

You can find it at any health food/whole foods/grocery store. If you have a trader joes I'd go there. I bought mine there. Make sure it is extra virgin & unrefined.
