Coconut Oil - You can pretty much find this anywhere. Make sure you buy one that says it's "Organic Virgin Coconut Oil" so that you get it in its purest form. It's an amazing moisturizer and it's great as a leave in condition for your hair. It's great to help fade scars and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dark under-eye circles. It's also a good product to cook with, it can relieve stress and it boosts your immune system since it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Evening Primrose Oil - This can be found at your local drugstore or health food store. It comes in capsules and you can either ingest it or break it open and put it on your skin. It is used to relieve pms symtoms, relieve pain and inflammation, reduce redness, help treat acne, and help with the appearance of eczema and rosacea. It has amazing healing properties and can be taken daily. If I ever get a rash I apply the oil to it to reduce inflammation.

Witch Hazel - It's amazing what this stuff can do when you just put a little bit on a cotton ball and apply it to your skin. This is great to treat acne and blemishes. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which can reduce redness and inflammation due to rashes. It can reduce dark under-eye circles and it can even help your bruises heal faster!

Ayesha, there is really no way to fully "whiten" your skin, unless you bleach it which I do not recommend since it's horrible for your skin. What I would suggest is wearing sunscreen everyday to prevent the sun from making your skin darker. You can also exfoliate your skin about twice a week to remove dead skin. A way that's possible to lighten your skin is to apply lemon juice and water to your skin. Lemon juice is veryyyy acidic and acts as a natural bleach. It's generally used to lighten scars. Apply it to your skin for around 10 minutes and then wash it off. It might sting a bit and that's why you should dilute it with water so it's not as harsh. I hope this helped.

Really like tea tree oil for skin care. I use it right before my lotion at night and it does wonders for me. Makes breakouts disappear almost the next day!

I agree Maya, tea tree oil is amazing, although it's not good to use it in "pure" form everyday because it can become very intense on your skin, I recommend using cleansers that contain tea tree oil in them. It's a great anti-bacterial and anti-fungal oil which is also used to fight infection.

Aww thank you so much Ayesha! I personally don't use shower cream, I just use my natural "Aloe Vera and Vitamin E" soap from the health food store, and then after my shower I use coconut oil on my body to moisturize. If anyone else has any suggestions feel free to post!

It works amazing on sunburns or any sort of skin irritation to reduce redness, pain, and inflammation. It works well on wrinkles and stretch marks and it's said to "reverse the signs of aging". You can also drink a small shot the gel which will cleanse and detox your body.
