I shop at agaci a lot but its really expensive, and I feel like h&m & forever are getting old. I wanted to know what other stores have clothes same price as forever , or cheaper with the same style as forever/agaci/H&M?

Delia's has some great deals sometimes, if you like online shopping try bodycentral, there's wet seal, papaya, and there's always the occasional find at Macy's and jcpenney.

Charlotte Russe is pretty cheap.. So is wet seal :) and they both have stuff similar to forever 21.
