Where Can You Get Green Primer Or Concealer?

My mom has skin cancer and has for a very long time. She is very self conscious of her skin because she has scars on her face and body. Someone told her about green primer, and she was interested. I want to get her some as a gift but I don't know where I can and I'm not exactly rich, seeing as I'm 14. Please help because I think she would love this!

Go to the beauty section at your drugstore, Walmart, etc.and find the L'oreal section. There's a primer that looks like this, but it's green. Green counteracts the redness on your face/skin. The orangey toned one I have makes my face look brighter and more awake. It's about $10

As Katarina said, loreal makes a green primer, it's alright.
NYX also makes a green primer and concealers I believe.
