The only way I could do it is whitening strips. Don't get cheap if you want it to work well and make sure you avoid most citrus (especially line and lemon) and red wine.

I use Crest advance whitening strips & they're awesome! :) Use one pack a year & use a whitening toothpaste daily such as Rembrandt or Crest 3D. :)

I used like a gel called plus white and it worked pretty well.. You just smear it across your teeth, leave for a few minutes then rinse. It was like 10 dollars for a decent size tube of it. It was gentle and didn't make my teeth sensitive at all. Good luck <3.

I tried the Crest 3D whitening strips and they didnt work for me, so I use lemon and baking soda. You just apply the baking soda on the lemon and press against your teeth. Hope that helped(:

My mom bought me a whitening pen two weeks ago, it's called whitening lightening. It works so good! And no sensitivity! You just brush it right on. But it was like $70!!

I use crest whitening strips they do work if you wear them properly. But they do make my teeth sensitive. I'm useN this new thing called TWILIGHT TEETH and it's for when you tan the UV lights whiteN them they work awesome. They also come with a small UV light so you don't have to tan but I find while tannin and useN the twilight teeth gel it works great for me definitely an A+ love love love

Thank you everyone!! :)
I've tried the baking soda one before.. I've heard so many good feedback on it but it did nothing for me? I mustn't have done it right haha.
It's bad for your enamel though, so be careful with it Roxanne!

I rub hydrogen peroxide on my teeth, there's no taste and its not dangerous. No sensitivity and you just rinse you mouth out with water right after. Then I use optic white toothpaste. I noticed a different within a week.

I really suggest Whitening Lightening. You can watch many reviews on YouTube by even famous you tubers themselves plus the review on the website. You just apply it on your teeth, smile for a minute to let it dry then wash it off hours later. It's sure to whiten teeth and best of all it doesn't make your teeth sensitive like most whitening gels and such! The original price is $158 for 2 but this discount code Shaan2for1 gives your the two whitening pens for $29! I hope you get it and love it!

If you want to go natural you can use a bannana, I know it sounds weird, BUT I use it, and it works great! What you do is you take a ripe bannana peel away one section and rub it on your teeth, leave it on for two minutes and then wash out/rub off/ brush off. I recommend to brush and floss afterward because sometimes bits of it do wash out and you gets bitter taste in your mouth. Hope it works!!
