My hair is so dead and damaged from bleaching and using hot tools. I really need some advice on a great restorative treatment I can do weekly. I began taking prenatal vitamins as a start because clearly I'm not nourishing it properly and its thinning! help please :)

Try fish pills, or the best thing that works for me is a mixture of 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 eggs, and 2tablespoons of olive oil you mix it up then put it all over your hair and leave it in for 30minutes with a shower cap on your head then wash after thirty minutes also when you're taking a shower only put the shampoo on your scalp because the shampoo dries out your ends then only put the conditioner on your ends and wait 3-5 minutes it works for me!

All these ideas are great! Use your blow dryer to add some heat while you're sitting with the products in your hair! It's going to open up the cuticle for deeper penetration!

Is this just for making your hair healthier & shine more? I could deff. use that but I have very thick hair so I'm not looking for something that will make my hair thicker, just healthier :)

I have really thick hair and I put coconut oil on my ends and put my hair in a bun. After a couple of hrs I just wash it and it makes your hair so soft :)

I agree with Aleighnna! Coconut oil is an AWESOME way to restore moisture and is cheap!
