My hair is so dead and damaged from bleaching and using hot tools. I really need some advice on a great restorative treatment I can do weekly. I began taking prenatal vitamins as a start because clearly I'm not nourishing it properly and its thinning! help please :)

You have to try Aussie 3 minute miracle! I too am guilty of heat styling and it seems to make my hair a lot softer and healthier looking. It's inexpensive and can be found at Walmart or any store like that :)

Coconut oil is also great for deep conditioning, it also makes your hair grow faster! And a really great hair mask would be the macadamia nut natural oil one, smells amazing!!

I deep condition my hair once I week. I make a whole concoction. I usually use that Aussie deep conditioner, some of that cheap VO5 conditioner, hair mayo, along with all types of oil. Such as olive, coconut, castor & argon oil. I leave it in my hair 1 hour or more. Depending on how I feel. I rinse it out & it leaves my hair soft.

I would try a hot oil treatment once or twice per week. Mix coconut oil and olive oil in equal parts and heat it up. Apply that to the entire length of your hair and wash it out after a few hours. As far as hair products go maybe you should look into a damage preventive shampoo/conditioner :)

Oil should be a topcoat for hair treatments, not the treatment itself.
