Apply a primer then try a full coverage heavy duty concealer. (Kat Von D concealer) and the finish with a light to medium foundation and powder. It will last forever. Also maybe a setting spray.

You should buy the sonia kashuk concealer palette its does miracles it covers anything I also have a scar on my neck and this concealer covers it! I bought it at target for $10.
