How to do heavy makeup for my eyes.

I'm trying to get my makeup to look heavier and sexy for night but it always comes out the same or I look like I have a black eye! I also tryed bright makeup but it doesn't pop like I want it to!

Keep the darker colors towards the outside of the eyes, and extend the shadow beyond the crease. And try putting brown eyeshadow underneath your eye, it gives it more depth.

Make sure you use a white primer first! It will make your colors POP!

Use a primer spray your eyes lightly n use good quality mkup.Wet n wild is pretty good n bright.

Add more intensity to your lower eye. kohl pencil , dark eye shadow and apply mascara to your lower lashes too.

A white base helps shadow pops more, use makeup in the lower lash line. add a color lip!
