Help with Veneers!!

So before I talk to my dentist I was wondering what do you think of Veneers. What are the pros and cons? Also on average how much do they cost per tooth (for porcelain) Also do you have composite or porcelain veneers, and what are the differences Thanks. Also how old should you be? I am 14 but am almost full grown, and what I want to do for my.teeth is get rid of the chips and reshape them a bit. Thanks for you help =) (ps teeth are very important to me, and what you say won't change my mind about my teeth needing a change, I have always been this way, even when it comes down to other people,)

What's the problem with your teeth? Is it just that there not straight? If so as your only 14 why don't you get braces instead in veneers?

No I have never had a problem with my teeth not being.straight, but I have.chips in them.and tiny tiny gaps that I am looking to cover up, I don't need braces so thats why I was looking at veneers, alse braces won't help my chips,

Your too young to get veneers your teeth are going to move once your molars come in so you need to wait. 14 isn't almost grown.

My molars are in, I am a grower, lol, but you do have to get them replaced every 10 years or so, so thats why I was thinking if now would be a good time, I will talk to my dentist.about them and what will work for me but I was just wondering what other people like or dislike about them and also the price range per tooth.

Also they are on your tooth so they would move with.
