Apply a chapstick and then concealer as a primer for any lip tints/sticks/glosses. Outlining your lips with a slightly darker shade will make them appear fuller, apply a gloss to make them stand out ever more. Hope this helps!

Mix your lipgloss with a bit of tooth paste. The paste will act as a lip plumber. Also if you illuminate your cupids bow it'll also make them look bigger!

Filling in your lips with lipliner can help define your shape and then putting a lip gloss over that will make your lips appear plumper. Also a trick to a fuller bottom lip is to add a shadow underneath your lip. also add a highlight to your cupids bow.

I recommend Christian Dior Lip Maximizer. It's AMAZING, takes 2 weeks and your lips will be plumper and also it's a cool and glossy mint feeling to your lips.its a little pricey, $32 , but so worth it!
