Bikini line help?!

So this is kind of embarrassing but I really need suggestions on how to get rid of bikini like hair! I have thick black body hair and I need something more permanent than shaving but not too expensive like professional waxing. And also discreet? Suggestions please?!

I shave but there's this gel from CVS called bikini gel. It's so smooth you don't get any razor burn. I use it on my legs too. I know that's still shaving but it's inexpensive.
