Vaseline will work, but use caution. Many women are needing eye surgery because the Vaseline has built up behind their eyes to the point where they cannot see.
Oils that have an equal PH with the skin (such as Sunflower, Jojoba, or Olive oil) will work wonderfully.

Olive oil/coconut oil. If you want to tone as well, mix some witch hazel with the oil. Best applied by putting the oil/witch hazel mix in a spray bottle, shaking it, and then spritzing it onto a cotton pad.
