Does anyone know of any recipes for skin and hair treatments? I'm looking for something to replenish my skin and hair and give it that fresh feeling look. I've heard of some mixed with yogurt, lemons, almond oil, I don't remember the exact recipe though. Suggestions?

You can search it on the web! There's so many out there. I've heard of eggs, olive oil, mayonnaise and avocado for hair, and stuff with milk and honey for skin. Most of it sounds bat shit crazy, but I could see how it would work.

Yes! Trader Joe's cocnut oil is bomb.com! Try cracking one egg and scramble it and then get a few tablespoons of the coconut oil and melt it down into liquid form and then add oatmeal that you've ground up in a food processor, mix and use it as a mask, as you rinse the oatmeal makes it into scrub :)
