I used to have the same problem until I started using oil. You can use coconut oil or olive oil and your eye makeup will melt right off. You can also try petroleum jelly (Vaseline) as well. All of these are also fairly cost effective as well. Hope that helps.

Wash your eyes with Johnsons baby shampoo, doesn't irtitate the eyes and takes everything off. sounds strange but it actually works.

Yes coconut oil should do it and also loreal waterproof eye make up remover, just soak a cotton pad or ball and let it sit for a few seconds on your lashes (eye shut of course lol) then wiggle a bit to break it up and swipe..

Olive oil will remove the mascara and won't harm your eye lids, or almond oil which will help make your lashes grow longer and stronger.
