Mint tea. Green tea bags under my eyes make me so relaxed and so does any body of running water. Sooooo relaxing to me😌

I like ginger baths (they draw out toxins) because I feel like they also draw out the negative from my day. I have a problem of being stressed out a lot and this really helps. Spa music and a bath pillow and candles help too :)

Listen to music, light candles, ask a friend or loved one for a massage, take a bubble bath, read your favorite magazine, drink warm tea, watch a funny movie, and I love to take pictures when I'm stressed. Haha I give myself my own little photo shoots to feel beautiful
