I have two birds, one on each wrist which is supposedly a painful spot. Seriously hurt WAY LESS than I was expecting. Less than a cat scratch. My tattoo artist was great too, she could just tell when she had been working on one spot a bit too long and would work elsewhere and then relief. I can't wait to get more!

Like sunburn, right?

Exactly like sunburn! Takes bit longer to heal on wrist too compared to one on my neck & hip. The tattoo artist scared me saying most painful place to get one! (Wrist)

It doesn't hurt too much. It's basically like a hot stinging feeling. If you get it on your wrist, if the gun gets close to your bone you might feel some vibrating but it shouldn't hurt :) good luck!
