A black crop top that is long enough to cover the front if that's what you would prefer, white keds or converse, black toms would look good and maybe even some cute moccasins. A really cute black and white graphic top would look adorable and add contrast. And maybe a white wide neck, three quarter sleeve fitted shirt.

Well you have blue on the jean so I would find a cute top with only that blue in it. Then wear a white headband with blue flats.
