I use a little concealer under my eyes after I apply bb cream.!

I would put the powder over top. Go for it!

I apply my bb cream, then concealer & then the powder to set the bb cream.

I use the bb cream then my nuetrgena. Powder over it and looks nice but I would asoom you could put conceler on after the bbcream then powder

BB cream is supposed to act as a concealer in addition to all of the other things it does, but most of them are very low coverage so wear concealer if you think you need it.
If you have oily skin or lots of long days, powder will help it to stay on.
