MAC prolongwear is nice on oily skin...I would say prime your dry areas with a more hydrating primer (maybe eve pearl priming moisturizer), and it could work for you. If you find that too drying, MAC Matcmaster might be better. right now I'm an NC25, my match master is too dark (4.0) right now, but I'm yellow undertone and light-medium.
If you're not looking for a ton of coverage, sheer to medium, Smashbox makes a BB cream that's nice...I say you still need to be moisturizing although it does say it is hydrating, I don't feel it is.
By the way, I'm making the suggestions as an extremely oily person...I think it's easier to use a foundation made for oily and adjusting the dry areas with skin care...it's what I do when I over medicate my acne prone areas.
