I need help getting rid of body acne.

My boyfriend has some of the worst skin ever! His face,back,and arms break out so bad and I can't find anything that will work for him. Does anyone else have this problem? If you do please share some of your methods :)

I have a face wash cleans and clear or neutrogina I use it all over my body it works and it did for my fiancé too!

I have a spray called body clear by neutrogena that works pretty good. and since its a spray its easy for you to put on your back urself.

I would recomen taking something orally like blackseed oil as it is proven to help with acne and many other illnesses.
