Lately I've been getting bumps on my chest and like in between my boobs. Not a lot just some and they can't really be popped they're just there. I figured it was because of sweating when I workout but I always shower afterwards. What else can I do to make them go away? Sorry if this is gross.

My cousin used to get bumps from sweating. I think she would put Baby powder or something in between them

Use deodorant it dries them out and they go away like over night

When you wash at night, use a deep cleanser for your face! unIt helps keep you clear! lol I'm a DDD and they get hot.

They may be skin tags from wearing bras that rub around the skin change to a bra with no underwire. You can go to the docs they will put a string around them and they will drop off in their own I saw it on embarrassing bodies. Or maybe they are tags that are just starting to form just wear looser fitting clothes good luck

Thanks ladies! Ill try the baby powder & d.o. No they're not skin tags they go away after a few days just like a pimple.

All it is, is clogged pores causing tiny sweat pimples they are not like regular pimples they're mainly clear and tiny little bumps from your skin getting hot/sweat.. If it is what I think it is- which is sounds like it because they come right after you sweat a lot- not if your skin is greasy or dirty- it's not a hygiene thing- however I used to get these on my legs sometimes after working out they're very tiny and only really noticeable to you- plus can be itchy sometimes. I used to use the neutrogena grapefruit body clear body wash- this well help scrub your skin and clean/clear your pores out, plus this is made for your body not your face so the exfoliating beads are bigger and will really help with them. I would just try to keep the area clean and dry and avoid putting anything on the area that can clog pores like lotions, deodorant, or tight clothing where sweat can get trapped. My best advice would be to use a body scrub with a deep pore cleaner/acne medicine in it- this will help clear them up very fast, and try cleaning the area before you work out with an astringent/toner and again afterwards- try this for a week and see if it clears up. The only downside of using toner so frequently is it can dry your skin out so if your skin gets too dry use soap and water instead, but astringent will help get in your pores and soak up the oils/dirt and most importantly bacteria that is in there. Hope this helps! Xo.

Switch sports bras! Get something with more support and that has better ventilation. Try putting an antiperspirant there too, too help with the sweating.
