Okay I have a really clear face and no acne yet my shoulders have bumps and acne and so do certain parts on my back, it's like the painful kind where I lay in bed and the bumps hurt me. How can I get rid of them?

I have😐 I use St. Ives on my face in the shower so I tried it and it doesn't do justice for my back lolll.

& if you wash your hair in the shower at home a lot, you may not be rinsing your back well enough of all the product!

That's so strange Kristina! Bactrum? Lol I am currently on that for an infection on my arm. Maybe it will help the little bit of bumps I get in between my breast area.

Use Persa gel from clean and clear and the neutrogena pink grapefruit body wash for body acne, cleared mine up pretty quick!
