I love skater skirts and I wear them with a tank top and cardigan or a t-shirt with nice sleeves...skater skirts are from the 1950s so take inspiration from that era...

I'm from the Philippines.. Yeah lets swap!! lol Well in my case I pretend thats its cold here and wear thin sweater but I always end up sweating a lot. :(
