Unfortunately color stripping products only work on "natural" hair colors, things like manic panic or other deposit only colors won't be affected by them. Try a soap cap :)

What's a soap cap?

A soap cap is a mixture of bleach and shampoo (usually equal parts) that you can leave on your hair for a little ( try about ten minutes to start, and always check on it) and it will gradually strip out your color. It is more gentle that straight up bleaching and it is easier for your hair to recover from it :) just pre mix your bleach and peroxide in a smallish amount, like a tablespoon. Then add in the same amount of shampoo :)

You can do a soap cap once a week :) twice if you use deep conditioners after each treatment and don't wash your hair for a few days in between.
