I've got an appointment for my skin as I've had a really bad breakout (inefficient sleep apparently), so I've been told I have to go with a natural face - no make up, but I've always had to neutralise my tone with concealer and now I'm not sure how to go.

Don't go with any makeup, it's better for them to truly see your skin condition...and they may ask you to remove any makeup you may have on.
