So I have naturally dark brown hair. I had highlights put in then the purple colored provana color silk over my entire head. It looks great but it's expensive for me to get it done on a reg basis. I'm thinking about doing it myself with a manic panic purple or special fx purple. I used MP in hs but it has been a long time so I don't remember how long the color lasts? If anyone can tell me their opinion on either brand that would be great! Thanks :)

Special effects is better but I really love raw from hot topic my sister uses the purple and leaves it on for 2 hours and the color last and looks amazing I use the red from them and love it as well! the color will last about 3 weeks

I <3 special effects. The red lasted longer than any other red but the purple isn't great.
