Try using an oil as a moisturizer.. It sounds like a contradiction but an oil will trick your skin into believing it has enough oil and won't over produce.. I love Tartes maracujia oil.

Try and avoid dairy products such as milk and cheese. Wash your face in the morning and night using a natural face wash. Have a healthy diet! Avoid greasy food, sodas, and try to quit candies and sugary things. Exercise at least twice a week, you can go on a walk/run for 30 minutes.
It's healthy+free.
Avoid using makeup, but if you do use makeup then use oil-free and always take it off at night.
If any of the above don't help, seek help of a professional but please please try natural ways before going to a doctor who will probably send you bunch of expensive creams and they might not work.
Best of luck,
Xoxo -Hanna

I use covergirl clean, and it has a line that absorbs excess oil.
