My friend is bleaching her hair. Which is better? The manic panic flashlightning or the special effects one bleaching kit?

She shouldn't bleach it her hair will get so damaged.

Well shes using manic panic dye afterwards and that really conditions it. Shes also doing many other things to take care of it properly.

I use products from sally's, they're a lot better than the manic panic stuff. use the color brilliance powder and a developer to mix with.

I've tried the stuff from Sallys and it didn't turn out right, I think she's better off with the one from Manic Panic, it's quite effective.
